My project is a presentation of 5 traditional Japanese chili product. The collection is called Hangry, which is a combination of the words "angry" and "hungry". I have chosen 5 traditional Japanese chilli varieties. Each variety has three products. A chilli chocolate, a chilli sauce made from a Japanese recipe and a spice mix called shichimi togarashi. The five types of chillies are combined with the most popular characters used in traditional Japanese art. These characters reflect the characteristics of each type of chilli. The style of the illustrations was inspired by the tattoos of the famous Japanese underworld band, the Yakuza.
